IT Technical Delivery Manager Summary
On behalf of our client Procom Services is searching for a Technical Delivery Manager who will be responsible for the oversight and execution of multiple projects in the Mobile delivery space.

IT Technical Delivery Manager Job Details
- Experience with Mobile technologies & Mobile project delivery (iOS & Android Client applications as well as Mobile-tailored web services) is preferred
-Accountable for the project management process and project management deliverables across a program consisting of multiple
- Complies with the system development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodology (PMLC) - including development of project documentation of system requirements, estimates of scope and cost, etc.
- Works with the Demand Manager or appropriate intake governance to provide resource estimates for assigned program and projects.
- Measures and monitors progress at clearly defined points in the process to ensure the projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet or exceed expectations.
- Adheres to defined project gating and governance controls to ensure that project meets all the performance and quality standards and conforms to SDLC methodology.
- Balances program scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks.
- Leads development and/or review of estimates and estimating assumptions for the program's overall schedule, effort, and cost using established estimating models, best practices, and benchmarks. This includes the configuration management, risk management, project measurement, quality management plans, and sourcing strategies & policies.
- Provides detailed and accurate forecasts for all deliverables according to PMLC/SDLC practices.
- Negotiates and issues program documentation as agreed to by the Project Sponsor and involved stakeholders.
- Develops and manages a solid scope change order process.
- Provides input to the portfolio resource/capacity plan in line with the capacity forecasting process.
- Identifies all project dependencies and risks, ensuring that they are effectively managed
- The Technology Delivery Manager executes delivery of a portfolio of mobile projects through direct and matrix management of a team of project professionals.
- Accountable for technology delivery of projects within the US Mobile App delivery portfolio
- Identifies all project dependencies and risks, ensuring that they are effectively managed.
- Ensures mitigation/contingency plans are in place for identified risks.
- Executes project management deliverables within budget and as per the approved project plan, working with business partners to develop the content of those deliverables.
- Controls change to project/program scope through accepted change management processes and documentation.
- Understands release and deployment management implications to the projects being managed.
- Investigates, escalates and ensures that all project issues are effectively resolved.
- Supports succession planning.

IT Technical Delivery Manager Mandatory Skills
- Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below
- 6-10 years of IT Project Management, with experience in managing multiple complex projects.
- Extensive experience in managing large teams.
- A proven track record of leadership.
- Experience managing Mobile Delivery Space - End to End Execution
- Solid 5+ years of Agile Delivery Environment experience
- Hands on Infrastructure/Application Project Management Experience
- Strong experience coordinating teams
- Relevant work experience in technology with a broad understanding across multiple IT disciplines.
- Advanced knowledge of Bank and technology standards (e.g., infrastructure, architecture, processes, applications) and managing people/projects.
- Advanced understanding of businesses and/or organizational practices/ disciplines.
- Basic knowledge of external competition, industry and/or market trends in relation to own business.
- Proficient in the use of PMLC methodologies.
- Strong change management, negotiation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to operate under strict timelines.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, customer oriented and able to work independently as well as within a team and with internal
business and technology partners at all levels of the organization.
- Able to manage multiple deadlines/projects and keep key players informed.
- Possesses exceptional strategic thinking, planning and relationship skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good presentation skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
