Job Description The Senior Auditor is responsible for performing and documenting test procedures related to assigned audits.
o Assists with some aspects of planning of audits
o Works at direction of Auditor In Charge
o Performs testing procedures for the more critical areas of audits
o May lead less complex audit/projects
o Provides on-the-job training for Staff Auditors
o Reviews work papers completed by staff personnel
o Reviews draft audit findings with business line management subsequent to review by auditor in charge and manager
o Updates, revises, and improves existing audit procedures and programs
o Assists in providing feedback on the completion of staff evaluations
o Completes findings follow up tasks under supervision of audit management
o Assists with various projects as needed

Qualifications This position may be located in Greenville, SC, Mount Laurel, NJ, or Falmouth ME.
o 4 year degree or equivalent experience
o 2-4 years of related experience
o Strong oral and written communication skills
o Familiar with auditing principles and practices
o PC Skills (MS Office Suite)
o Works well independently and with others
o Exercises good judgment
o Analytical analysis skills
o Problem resolution skills
o Team working experience
o Ability to complete tasks timely and accurately
o Escalates issues and delays quickly
o Ability to multi task and respond to shifting priorities quickly
o Ability to build and maintain relationships with peers and management
o Familiarity with laws and regulations governing the banking industry
o Applicable certification preferred or willingness to pursue certification
o Travel 25% or more
