Job Description Seeking Strong Managerfor teams of Employees in the Northern New England region who specialize in loan support.
Partners with multiple market presidents to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.
Establishes goals and objectives for regular operations and special projects.
Develops and implements plans to improve communication between Employees and departments.
Coordinates training and communicates regularly to ensure that staff is updated on latest Company products, services and industry developments.
o Provides strategic guidance on implementation and execution of department initiatives.
o Partners with loan servicing team to ensure that funding transactions are accurate and completed in a timely manner such as: wires transfers, ledgers and all other transactions.
Prepares regular and customized in-depth reports.
Participates in development of units' policies and procedures.
Serves as a resource for the commercial lending and support teams.
Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required
Job Requirements 4 Year Degree or equivalent experience
5+ Years of related experience, strong management experience a must
In-depth knowledge of principles and practices related to loan operations; com'l loan operations experience a plus but other loan ops considered
o Demonstrated strong leadership, delegation, coaching and mentoring skills.a must,
Excellent time management skills
o Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent change management skills and the ability to quickly pivot and adapt to changes in our business environment.
o Ability to balance competing priorities, make sound decisions and meet set deadlines.
o Strong PC skills - including Word, Excel, Access and other Microsoft products.
o Previous management experience.
o Ability to manage multiple sites as this position will have direct reports in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
