Description: Our client is currently seeking a US - ANALYST I.
Sharepoint Systems Analyst/Developer
The Analyst is responsible for delivering and supporting content management and knowledge management applications. Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
Partner with cross-functional business teams to design and implement content management solutions that best meet their content and document management requirements.
Create and support a governance process that oversees the use of organizational content management solutions. Define and maintain standards for acceptable use, including development standards.
Develop workflows that automate and innovate standard business practices.
Gather business requirements, write functional and technical specifications and work collaboratively with business and MIS partners to deliver world-class solutions.
Create appropriate system documentation and business process models using best practice techniques.
Write functional and technical specifications for technology team members. Knowledge retention among cross-functional groups.
Research production system issues, resolve user problems and escalate when necessary.
Create unit, integration and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data.
Execute unit, integration and user acceptance testing activities.
Create, deliver and present end-user training materials.
Manage backlog of production issues and enhancement requests using the company's service desk.
When necessary, manage the delivery of all projects, including project plans, status meetings, progress reports and initiation/closure activities.
Desired Skills and Experience The successful candidate will be an experienced, high-energy, detail-oriented and highly analytic business analyst with experience in enterprise content management.
He or she will have demonstrated the ability to work and think at the enterprise level, having transformed business requirements into system improvements that ultimately advance the strategic initiatives of a growing organization.

years with SharePoint 2010-2013 administration, architecture, design, configuration and development preferred.
Experience with Sharepoint Designer, workflow customization and InfoPath forms preferred.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server administration and SQL queries preferred.
Experience with developing .NET applications using Visual Studio preferred.

Must have strong and effective written, verbal and presentation skills as this role will be directly interfacing with business stakeholders.
Precise attention to detail with a positive attitude and healthy sense of humor.
Must be comfortable with juggling multiple priorities with the ability to manage time effectively.

Must be a team player and willing to work collaboratively with business and technology teams.
Experience working in an agile environment.
Bachelor?s degree in business, mathematics, computer science or related field strongly preferred.
Must Have: Sharepoint exp MS Office Communication Willing to be on-site at MaineEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
