Job Description o Communicates and works with programmers to support understanding of business processes and requirements of the users.
o Maps current business processes to new systems and assist the user in the transition to the new solution.
o Participates in determining interface requirements for effective system transition.
o Develops detailed specification documents that include features and functions of the new system as directed.
o Develops test plans and test case scenarios to guarantee the new system design meets business requirements.
o Participates in the implementation of new system installations, upgrade and conversions.
o Documents selected system parameters, file layouts and application design layouts. Track open issues and resolution of issues.
Job Requirements Prior experience in a support role helpful but not required.
Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability
Excellent organizational skills, self-motivated and detail oriented
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet multiple, frequently competing priorities and deliverables
Demonstrate professionalism and experience interfacing with all levels in the organization
Desire to work on complex issues and generate creative and business-oriented solutions, while working within a dynamic environment.
Typically M-F 40 work week during normal business hours.
Qualifications o 2 Year Degree or equivalent experience
o 2-4 Years of related experience
o Advanced communications, problem-solving and decision making skills.
o Some experience in systems analysis.
o Ability to work with systems users or potential users to develop system specifications and requirements.
o Ability to translate user requirements into technical specifications with some assistance.
