Job Description The auditor is responsible for performing and documenting test procedures related to assigned audits.
o Professional role that executes a range of audits as assigned
o Performing a range of audits of controls, records and operations
o May develop tests for routine audits
o Execute audit tasks from end to end in alignment with GAM and IIA standars
o Work at direction of management
o Complete findings follow up tasks
o Contribute to the risk assessment process for specific audits
o May review peer audit documentation.
o Complete Post Audit Feedback Form for Self
o Communicate status and escalate issues to management
o Participate in post-audit critique meeting
o May participate on projects/division initiatives as needed
o Effectively manage competing priorities for self thrives on fast-paced and challenging environment.
o Developing skills to build and maintain relationships within, and external to, audit
o Demonstrate TD leadership core values
o Recognize team members' contributions
o Participate in, and actively support implementation of department improvement initiatives
o Basic Relationship building skills
Qualifications Position may be located in NJ-CherryHill,ME-Portland,SC-Greenville.
o 4 year degree
o PC skills (MS Office Suite)
o 1-2 years of related experience
o Fundamental oral and written communication skills
o Fundamental level of critical thinking, risk based decision making, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
o Travel 25%
o Work well independently and on teams
o Complete tasks timely and accurately
o Escalate issues and delays quickly
o Respond to shifting priorities
o Fundamental awareness of laws and regulations governing the banking industry assigned business
o Basic knowledge and skills
o Basic knowledge in assigned subject matter areas.
o Relevant certification preferred
