Project Manager III Summary
On behalf of our client Procom Service is searching for a Project Manager that would be responsible for managing one-to-many technology projects (medium-to-large in size) as part of a larger team. This role is expected to be performed by a senior level PM requiring limited oversight and manipulation of day to day activities. This person is required to have a solid grasp of distributed technologies with experience in the Development LifeCycle preferred. Familiarity with working projects from requirements definition through closure. Experience with Shared Services an asset.
Project Manager III Job Details
- Creation and management of project schedules using a combination of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
- Prioritization of team tasking based on in-depth knowledge of complex project requirements.
- Creation and management of project budget using a combination of tools and templates.
- Review and management of project scope within matrixed teams with competing priorities.
- Detailed requirements management with an awareness of risk and issue mitigation during the requirements creation and refinement processes.
- Full maintenance of project status reporting across scope, schedule, budget, risk, issues, actions, and identification of escalations where needed.
- Interface and Communicate with widely-matrixed project teams to manage expectations and deliverables. Communication is expected to be at a mature, senior leadership level.
- Collaborate on a team of project and program managers to provide continual feedback on existing tools, templates, and processes.
