Business Analyst - Security Access/FIS Fidelity
Duration: 5 months+
100%25%20Remote
This position is more of a liaison with all the different groups/departments who use the mainframe.
The assignment will require ability to work remotely and independently within the Core Banking project team to complete all assigned tasks within identified timeframes.
MUST HAVE:
FIS Application 5 yrs
Knowledge of Fidelity Applications 5 yrs
Security Access 3 yrs
Excellent communication and writing skills
Excel 5 yrs (Pivot, Macros, etc)
MS Access 5 yrs
Documentation 5 yrs
NICE TO HAVE:
Prior experience with TS security would be beneficial.
The Business Systems Analyst II will take a leadership role in working with and liaising with business partners to capture data analytics of security access requirements.
Collaborate with business leaders, IT groups, various business lines throughout the TD organization.
Strong written communication, organization and time management skills are required.
The ability to translate and communicate clearly technical & business terminology to the respective audience is required.
Assist in developing security standards based on job roles.
Responsible for daily support requests to add/update/remove security access.
The assignment will require ability to work remotely and independently within the Core Banking team to complete all assigned tasks within identified timeframes.
Knowledge of Fidelity Applications is required.
Prior experience with TS security would be beneficial.
Must Have Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
The ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, business lines and subject matter experts.
Proven experience to work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced remote based environment
Should have sound documentation skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Solid research and analysis skills as well as knowledge of business unit requirements
Current experience with FIS Applications
Proficient with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, Visual Basic, Vlookup, etc.) and MS Access database,
SOFT SKILLS:
The ability to learn new processes and tool sets quicklyEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
