Job Description
Takes ownership of strategic mandate to increase revenue-generating opportunities within the North American ATM channel through leveraging the high level of customer interactions.
Primary relationship management with Product, Marketing and Legal areas to provide leadership and guidance / direction on all new/existing initiatives offered through the ATM channel.
Development and execution of ATM marketing content management strategy.
Representing ATM channel on Corporate and Marketing Initiatives that impact ATM customer facing content.
Lead a broad range of initiatives including; defining ATM best in class sales performance, building out inventory of offers, managing customer sales experience, benchmark performance again other delivery options, increase the volume of leads allocated to the ATM channel based on performance.
Leverage historic sales performance data to identify opportunities to build out ATM channel Sales capabilities to perform at a "world class" level.
Contribute in creating and updating product strategy/roadmap.
Assist with the analysis of market research on trends in consumer demand and emerging technologies.
Provide key input to other Business Units/Departments for creation, update, sign-off and distribution of related project and training materials.
Develop and maintain an operating budget, ensuring adherence to budget, and taking corrective action as necessary.
Identify vendor opportunities to better serve clients or to reduce total cost of ownership within the ATM channel.
4 year bachelor degree preferred
7-10 years related experience with a minimum of 3 years direct channel sales experience
A Risk professional with previous experience within a operations and/or technology environment
Senior level leadership experience with the ability to develop strong working relationships, effectively liaise with individuals at all levels of the organization, vendors, consultants .
Strong financial acumen with experience building business cases.
Results oriented individual with strong problem solving skills with ability to identify problems, recommend solutions and present recommended approach
Previous exposure to Operational Risk, Compliance and/or Audit
Strong negotiation skills
Solid understanding of Project Management methodology
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The Senior Manager of Sales and Campaign Management is accountable for the planning and execution of Sales Campaign and Marketing content within the NA ATM Channel. This position will be responsible for enhancing the effectiveness of the ATM Sales capability and generating incremental revenue opportunities for the channel by working closely with all internal and external stakeholders to expand sales and service opportunities. This position is also responsible for development of a regionalized Sales strategy, put into production existing campaign capabilities,
providing detailed performance reporting and identifying opportunities to enhance shareholder value while balancing the overall ATM customer experience

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
