Project Manager

This individual will be supporting multiple projects within the Retail Store/Front Office space in this role. These projects will be surrounding applications changes to store (branch) users. Projects include the new ones as well as the projects that are in progress.
Manage day to day project activities of small to medium complexity or units/phases of a larger complex project Plan, execute, control and close out project against defined scope and budget. Utilize accepted standards and procedures. Maintain team relationships, team coaching and development. Manage stakeholder expectations. Manage risk and ensure compliance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight and execution of multiple small to medium complexity projects and/or part of large complex project.
Key accountabilities are:
- Works autonomously in the management of the unit and collaborates with other business heads to establish and execute on common goals.
- Manages activities of small to medium complexity projects. Ensures delivery of projects to the business partner, meeting the approved scope/cost/schedule/quality for the project.
- Perform a governing role for, ensuring that the proposal, initiation, planning, execution, deployment, training and hand off, warranty support, and closure to meet schedules.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and PMLC process. Must have managed full project life cycle.
- Management of Tier 3, Tier4 and Tier 5 projects (ranging in size from $100K to $3MM), including multiple internal applications and external vendors.
- Estimation and planning, risk assessment, contingency planning, tracking and management of progress, issues, budget/financials, risk and resources.
- Accountability for project budget and timelines.
SKILLS:
-Proven leadership skills and experience managing IT projects. Full life cycle development experience. Experience
with proven project methodology tools.
- Project status reporting, budget tracking, timesheet allocation and resource management.
- Ability to work in challenging and fast paced environment.
- Ensure all project deliverables like BRD, SRS, SDS, SDP..etc are completed and approved on time.
- Act as central point of contact and owner for all project activities until completely delivered and project is closed.
- Work closely with all project stakeholders and maintain excellent communication.
- Prior Business Analyst experience is preferred.
- Ability to work under high pressure situations with tight timelines. Should be a go getter and result oriented.
- Ability to do nightly deployments for projects and BAU. Ability to work off hours when needed.
- Knowledge of application development, design, deployment and review processes.
- Knowledge of PEGA and Web services technologies and deployments will be a nice to have.
- Ability to capture minutes, run meetings, publish action items, risks and issues. Follow up to close all action items.
- Tracking project financials, resources hours, actuals tracking and forecasting.
- Knowledge of Retail applications is a plus.
- Knowledge of change control and change management procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dynamic and result oriented.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Expertise in MS Project, Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint. Knowledge of Clarity is preferred.
IDEAL PROFILE: We would really like to see someone with strong PM experience, someone that really understands SDLC/PMLC, and is results oriented. We would like to see candidates where we can really get a sense they went through all the phases of SDLC and PMLC and would like to see the deliverables on the projects that they've managed and completed. Must be result oriented and should be able to work under high pressure situations. Should be able to run from end to end. They should have strong project and financial oriented experience. Candidate MUST be able to demonstrate they have exceptional knowledge and experience with Excel, MS Project and PowerPoint. They should also be a go getter and completely results oriented. Looking for a solid PM with solid delivery skills.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- Expertise in MS Project, Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Strong PM experience 6+ years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and PMLC process. Must have managed all phases of the project.
- Managing multiple small to medium size projects at the same time.
- Need Technology PM background - Oracle 11G, Windows 7, VB - not hands on technical skills, but should have knowledge of technical components.
- Project deployment and software packaging and distribution process experience.
- Must have a bachelor degree.
- Tracking project financials, resources hours, actuals tracking and forecasting. ($1MM - $3MM)
NICE TO HAVE:
- PEGA (preferred), Web services (preferred)
- Financial/Banking experience would be nice to have. (Insurance or Healthcare or Retail)
SOFT SKILLS:
This individual will need to have strong communication skills, be detail oriented, and have the ability to update project statuses. They also need to be active, dynamic, and have the ability to get results and meet tight timelines. They should have strong multitasking skills, a strong ability to manage project timelines, and identity and articulate proven delivery of expected results.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
