Job Description
Perform routine to complex operational analysis within designated process(s)
Actively participate on panel interviews to support the Collection's new hire selection process
Provide daily floor coverage for designated process(s) (Answering questions, taking calls, approving work actions, etc)
Ensure the appropriate distribution and posting of required production reporting
Facilitate daily team briefing sessions such as Buzz meetings, to make possible the sharing of information, gather and respond to questions and survey associates when necessary
Monitor and ensure schedule adherence, system log time and other production requirements
Assist in the preparation, retention and administration of all time related documentation: time sheets, tardiness, sick day, leave of absence occurrences, vacation scheduling, adjusted schedule changes, etc. Surface all pertinent information to the appropriate manager for corrective action purposes
Input any identified schedule information used to capture employee production hours
Partner with pertinent Business Process Managers to suggest, develop and monitor contests or programs that foster internal competition and enhance performance in lagging areas
Maintain team mail, ensuring distribution and security of documents
Accurately and timely complete, communicate and follow-up on any issues identified via assigned work queues or the Risk Collection's complaint resolution process
May participate as a team member on 1-2 Green-Belt projects; or facilitating error proofing, work balancing, brainstorming, etc sessions; or any combination of the two annually
Participate in and facilitate information sharing with your manager, business partners, peers, and frontline personnel in a timely and efficient fashion to ensure widespread communication
Review account level detail of employee work activity as directed
Job Requirements
Experienced level of the role with general business and operational knowledge or related skills required.
Requires working professional level knowledge of the functional area and/or business areas supported.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
1-2 years experience with pertinent processes.
Advanced knowledge and understanding of the operating environment, business processes and procedures, and transaction lifecycle for the function (e.g., processing environment, applications, software, hardware, products).

Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required.
Comprehensive knowledge of relevant banking rules and policies is required.
Ability to balance competing priorities and make sound business decisions within, and outside of policy is also required.
Effective working knowledge of Microsoft Office WORD, POWERPOINT, EXCEL, and ACCESS
